1988 Toyota Supra Turbo Targa Sportroof 80k Well Maintained Miles 7MGTE

A Very nice Supra. Not showroom condition but very nice mileage. Please read the listing carefully as I will honestly describe the Pros and minor Flaws. History:Last spring. an older gentleman brought the car into the Toyota Dealership/Service center where I am a technician. He had blown the head gasket (common problem if you know these cars) and was inquiring about repair. After being given a price quote he decided against repair and inquired about trad-in in towards a Scion FR-S. Unhappy with what they were giving him (said he would rather donate it to charity) and about to leave when I stepped in and asked if he would sell me the car. I made a fair offer and we agreed on price. I have always wanted one of these but here in the Northeast they are hard to come by in a rust-free condition such as this. He had repainted it a few years prior and it has its imperfection. *Please see the supersized pics - the major blemishes are the hood and two dings on the passenger side quarter that he did a terrible touch-up job on. Regardless. the paint shines very nicely and does not really require a repaint unless you require a perfect car. The top of the rear spoiler is also showing some noticeable haze. * Please note that i just washed the car prior to the pictures so you might see some water here and there on the body. He installed a new (very expensive) pioneer head unit with all capabilities. new speakers all around and a sub in the trunk. The car comes with the OEM radio if you would like it and a Le-Bra that i took off for not liking. It has a VIPER Alarm and Remote starter along with a new INTERSTATE battery. Head Gasket replaced along with all new hoses and radiator. Timing belt. Water pump. and full tune up done!The AC System was revamped and blows ice cold. 4 fairly new tires and front struts. (The rear struts will need replacing soon as they are starting to creak)I enjoyed the car for the summer months and put her in storage during the winter. I knew that it was not practical for me to keep but i just did not want to see her go to the junkers. It was a pleasure getting her back on the road and now I must put her up for someone else to enjoy. I brought her out of storage today. went over the engine. fluids electrical system and she is ready to go. Please note that until she sells I will enjoy her so the mileage will go up slightly. If you wish to fly in and drive her home after the auction then just bring plates and enough gas money as this baby would make a cross country trip anywhere.
