1972 Toyota Land Cruiser FJ40, 1-family owner barnfind

Great 1972 FJ40 with 63744 original miles. 1-family owned until I found it. Lived most of it's life in the desert so very limited surface rust. mechanically in great shape. starts right up and runs . Some of the wearables have been replaced and it should not have any issues going on for a long time without problems. Brakes and 4-wheel drive works perfect. Having lived in the desert. all the door seals are totally worn out. the tires need to be replaced as they are cracking on the sidewalls. windshield wipers etc all needs to be replaced. The paint has also lived a hard life in the sun - roof/hardtop. several places on hood etc is in need of a re-paint if that's your style. Personally I think that new seals. a new windshield and a good wax job is all that it would take. Then you have a "real" FJ. But you could also spend some time and go though it and end up with a fantastic vehicle. And the "legal" BS: It's a well used and much loved vehicle. Having lived a long life. I'm sure there are many things I have not listed that will need fixing to be in "new" shape. So. it's a used vehicle. No guarantees!
