They replace the cheap black Plastic OEM Suzuki Clutch Case CoverI Had 3 of these made in different color anodized to see which color looks the best on the bike I was building THIS IS A BLACK ANODIZED ALUMINUM CASE COVER for the SUZUKI TLR 1000 Clutch . The OEM piece is a cheap black plastic that I feel just does not do these bike justice ONLY THIS ONE LEFT FOR SALEThese are not being made . Only a handful we custom made by special order . The Black Aluminum Cover comes with a billet aluminum oil filler plug that matches the cover. The cover is a simple replacement part. You use the fasteners and the O ring from the OEM cover to use in the Black Aluminum replacement piece . Be sure to either drain all or part of the oil . or lean the bike over some to keep any oil from draining out of the engine when you try to R&R the cover. The best thing IMHO is to just change the cover when you do a regular scheduled oil change on the bike. This Black one is the last and only one for sale. These were made one at a time by a master in metal works by CNC machining these from large solid billets / blocks of special aluminum alloy. These were then anodized in different colors with this one being done in Black. And then the BIMOTA "B" logo was machined over to create the contrasting colors of the raw aluminum against the Black anodized back round color. The oil filler plug is also a billet machined part anodized to match . These were made in only extremely limited edition and no more are planned to be made in the futureSo you have this one chance to buy one. Once its gone no more will ever be listed or on sale
