This was a movie motorcycle.

The motorcycle is in very good condition. Underwent recall repairs in November,2015 one of which replaced the rear aluminum rear with steel rear, as meter repaired under warranty. I am the first civilian owner other than Warner Brothers. Apparently the studio had removed the "kickstand warning" device which disables the engine when moving the bike if kickstand is down. I never noticed this because having rode motorcycles for more than 40 years, y safety habits are automatic. The BMW dealer offered to repair this but the cost was over $1500.00 so I declined. When I purchased the bike it had 2600 total miles and have added an additional 1800 miles. I am located in Northridge, alifornia and purchased the bike from a nearby dealer who is still an active movie stunt man.
