The motor on this road legal retro racer style motorcycle is producing around 115hp with an all-up weight of around 400lbs this bike offers a high adrenaline ride with a nod to the classic cafe racer period of the early to mid 1970s. The design brief was to make the Ducati trademark frame a focal point of the bike and to that end we have removed all excess bracketry and made sure that no unsightly cable ties wrap around the (modified and lightened) Verlicchi frame. The lines have been left clean and uncluttered by ungainly electrical items with the lightweight battery, elays and fuses all relocated to the tail 'hump'. Those uncluttered lines incorporate 'hidden' modern turn signals, hat almost dissappear when not in use. The bike build has just been finished (in January 2015) and is now being offered for sale. The bike has been extensively tested and set up for fast road riding. The bike has had a complette service completed by REDBIKE including new fully Synthetic Motul 7100 oil, &N filter, otul Motocool coolant, EM cam/timing belts, hecked and adjusted valve clearances, uel mixture check and tuning and more. As part of the build new clutch plates have been installed. This bike is ready to roll for the next 3500 miles with no impending dealer bills to hang over your head.
