My bike is a V-Twin Mfg titled 2001 SPECIAL CONSTRUCTION, 948 Panhead Replica with the look and feel of a vintage Harley and the reliability and technology of a new bike.
The bike is 4-speed, ick start only, oot clutch with a tank shift and a springer front end and great leather bags.... (JUST LIKE THEORIGINAL).
Ipurchasedthe bike with a Special Construction title that the State of Pa. will NOTapprovewithout a special inspection. The bike has working lights, orn andspeedometer but NO BLINKERS so it will not pass inspection in PA.
In the sale I am including my 1942 Harley WLA motor WITH A HARLEY DAVIDSON TITLE (belly numbers match) and the antique licence plate (transferableif you live in PA). The '42 motor has been sitting for 10yrs and it turns but has not been restored.
Harley Davidson in the early years stamped and titled the motors NOT the frames (RARE FIND). The VIN number on the title MATCH the stamp on the motor.
The front fender has a spot (pictured) that has been touched-up and a small rip on the side of the seat. Paint is excellent and the bike starts, uns and sounds like it should with all new plugs and fluids.
My plan was to rebuild the WLA and put it in the V-Twin frame but have decided to move on to another project.
Thanks for looking! Tom 570-249-4804
