1939 Harley Davidson EL Knuckle Head

Just a great knuckle head rider. Mint 1947 frame never was cut or modified in any way, ffset springer front end with Hollywood bars. 1939 motor cases with good factory numbers, op end is the large valve. Later four bolt linkert carb, 2 volt generator with new 12V battery. Gas tanks are from a later Harley modified to fit a knuckle. This bike was put together in the late 70's and was just found after long storage. I rebuilt the carb, ut in a rubber duckie float and replaced the intake manifold rings. Bike starts right up, dles down, uns andrides good. Nice bike for the money. Look at the prices when was the last time you saw a running knuckle for under $40K ? What a great place to put your money. How is your stock portfolio doing ????

I do not have a title for this bike because my state Maine will not issue a title for any vehicle older than 1995. What I will give you is a notarized bill of sale and a Maine registration in my name. If this concerns you check with your DMV before you bid.
