1946 FL chopper, VL springer extended 3", rebuilt everything 2 test miles nice

1946 FL, orrect 46 bull neck frame that is raked and tool box brackets removed, ide car loops are still there, rame and front end were checked for true and straight, nd black powered coated. Springer is VL "I" beam extended 3", as 6" old dog bones, andle bars are nice, lean, hinny, fg.? Brake shoes are new, ires are new but old. Transmission feels and shifts good, eeds a new filler plug or cap. Engine is 74 C.I. rebuilt, istons stamped 'STD', nside of gear case all gears look new no wear or oil stains, ike came to me 1996 was told motor and trans. was rebuilt some years before by H.D. trained mechanic with all new H.D. parts, ew clutch disks, ew chains, ith dual carb heads, arbs. are Linkert's M-35, ew battery 12 V, il change, une up, uns good, lso runs a little rich, ight need smaller venturi's? Gas tanks have shut off valve located top left tank,looking inside of left tank you can see the indents for the shift gate screws,right tank has gas out let nipple only, ndicates to me these are 1941-46 tanks, his is my guess? Both tanks are clean, o rust, olds gas, o not leak, nd a fancy paint job, eft tank has paint flaw, t is OK for me and I would run it that way. Rear fender is H.D. and I think tail light housing, lass lens is marked with Harley Davidson and GUIDE R-H 5. The steering head stops need a little improvement, n full tight turn the head touches the base of the cats eye dash cover. Items that need to be addressed, inor elec. stuff, eeds head light switch, ight now it is wired low beam only from the ign. switch, o horn button, orn is 6 V. bike system is 12 V, ire are run for horn, ront wheel hub is a little sloppy, iming hole threads are well used but still hold OK, aint is really nice except the left tank has a flaw, ee pictures. I have a bill of sale from when I purchased the bike in 1996, n the state of Connecticut, nd will issue a bill of sale from me. Not many bikes for sale with the cats eye dash that belong on the bike.
