This is a very rare bike. Honda only produced this bike for one year.

Every year this bike gains value and collectors attention.

This bike was owned by a friend of mine. When he aquired it, he interceptor was a barn find. My friend took the bike to a mechanics home to work on cleaning the carbs and adjusting the valves due to a top end ticking noise and not running very well. After the bike was dismantled the mechanic died in a unfortunate atv accident. The bike was left at the mechanics house until my friend picked up the pieces. Most of the parts are included but the air filter plastic box is missing as well as some carburetor linkage springs and clips causing the carbs to be totally out sink with each other. I bought this bike and through trial and error hooked up the carbs, nd it runs well on top end but because in my opinion carbs out of sink idle isn't very smooth. The brakes and the lights work. As a whole it's a clean driving project but needs the attention of someone with good mechanical skills.

There a a few cracks dents dings rusty spots chipped paint etc so don't expect a perfect bike. Brakes and clutch work but need adjustment. It still has that top end tick. Forks need new seals.
