Here is an 1920 Ace four Motorcycle Owned by Ace dealer Roy Egeberg St. Paul Minnasota it is a 1920 Model given to him by friend William Henderson In 1920 with side car.
Roy Raced this machine In the Icicle where it one the first St. Paul to Rocheser run on January 1st and held every year since and even Held to this day.
The bike has the early Small brake drums narrow wheels and Small brake pedals. the frame is diffrent as are almost all parts. Even the seat mount is odd. This bike is very early and the only correct Ace four from 1920. In 1926 Roy changed the head and used XP carburator {Experimental Ace} Bike still has original seat, loorboards and grips from when William Henderson gave it to Roy.
Roy was An Indian dealer as well as Harley Davidson dealer for many years and had one of the oldest motorcycle shops in America a true Pioneer of motorcycling in America friends with Andrew Strand of the great Cyclone motorcycle company in St.Paul and William Henderson, rthur Lemon and the dictionary of founding motorcycling in America and all the men who created them Including William S Harley.
Bike runs well and is a time capsule and is the only known William Henderson Owned bike to exist. This is a investment grade machine and the rarest ACE four known to exist.
I am open to inspection of Motorcycle here in California. Due to the title having four other bikes On it this will sell with bill of sale. the original title from Minnesota will not go with bike. Don't even ask. this is the only documented known William Henderson Bike in the world. it runs very well it is tight and very fast with the Arthur Lemon top end on it. drilled and lightened for racing please enjoy the photos of Henderson and Egeberg with the bike. this is a once in a lifetime chance to own history. I am open to discussion to serious buyer only. I have owned this for many years and ridden it for 1000s of miles it is fast and quite. As are all XP motors
Here is a youtube video of it running at Steve Wright Memorial Run https://youtu.be/VANl55GyOxo

To answer the emails.....
I know the bike is nice and those of you that know me. It is time for me to retire I am only keeping a dozen bikes I feel some are the cream of the crop or at least the ones I have liked. I have more Ace fours that are restored it is time for me to sell some of the bikes I have. I have been lucky through the friendships I've had and owned and own many bikes.
