Description

This beast started out as a stock 2008. bought new by me in December of 2007 in Montrose. Colorado. It has undergone a wonderful transformation. and I’ve done all the work. It has had regular maintenance. proper oil changes. lovingly cared for (who wants to break down in the middle of nowhere?). It runs strong from over 13. 00 feet to below 500 feet. The following engine mods have been done: Schnitz Racing 685 kit. I sent the cylinder to Mtech. they are the best. Burns not one drop of oil. Ever. UNI Air Filters. complete with a spare. cleaner and oil. Carb cover screws replaced. Stock needle and jets. but I have a brand new KLX Kit you can have. Low Buck Exhaust mod. PCV Mod Do was done at 1000 miles by a Happy Trails Tech. I have an additional spring. Drivetrain and Suspension: Chain and sprockets were replaced in August 2014. It’s a DID Gold. 14/43 plus I have the stock 15 tooth front. Top Gun Spring. 7. 4 kg. Carries the load perfectly. Dunlop D606 tires. Great tread left. new rear in August 2008. Progressive Suspension springs up front. Galfer Stainless Steel Brake Lines front and rear. It stops on a dime. A long list of stuff that just makes it better: Happy Trails panniers. top box and rack. center stand. engine guard. PD Nerf Bars. rear master cylinder guard. and skid plate. What can I say. the owner of Happy Trails is a friend of mine. I like his products. Pro-taper ATV High Bars Moose Hand Guards ROX Risers Seat Concepts Low Seat kit. Heated grips Pro Grips Double Take Mirrors IMS Off Road Pegs Laminar Lip windshield Custom Tool Tube. Gel Battery. so if you do drop it you’re OK. Wolfman Tank Bag (No longer wired for GPS. needed it on another bike. ) *****I'm sure I missed some stuff. ***** Get the picture? Ready to go. prepared for everything. I would not hesitate to take it to the tip of South America. Why am I letting it go? Life changes and time to ride. No sense letting something this good just sit. It begs adventure. begs to go someplace. Time constraints now make it so I would prefer pickup. If you email me we can discuss details.
