Description

Up for bid is a 1975 Kawasaki H2 in nice original condition. Frame# - H2F 46895Build Date - 04/1975Engine # - H2E 47200I DO NOT have any paperwork or t!tle for this bike. The last owner of this motorcycle is now deceased and the location of the t!tle. if he even had one. is unknown. I can provide a bill of sale. Ebay does not have an category for motorcycle with missing paperwork so I chose Rebuilt. Rebuildable. Reconstructed The bike is not rebuilt or reconstructed. it is in original condition. I have many more pictures available. Ebay allows 24. I have over 40. If you would like to see them please contact me. If you want any specific pictures of certain areas just let me know. This bike appears to be mostly original as far as I can tell. As with many bikes like this it had sat for some time. I went through the carbs. made sure the crankcase wasn't full of oil. freed a stuck brake caliper. many of the typical things you do when starting a bike up again after a long time of sitting. The bike fired right up. I even rode it a couple of miles to make sure all seemed well. Here is a link to a video of it starting up and running. http://youtu. be/ZvKUUiCZIOwWhile it is in nice original condition it is not perfect. The chrome is nice but does have some rust spots. The fork ears were bent at one time and bent back. One of the ears has a crack in it. Some of the blinker lenses have cracks in them. The exhausts are nice overall with some minor rust spots. No dents on the left side. Right upper has a dent below peg and right lower has a scrape along the rear. The front fender some dents just behind the fork legs. Two of the mounting bosses for the fender have been broken out. Bolts still thread in though. Seat is in good shape with no tears. There is a dent in the trim along the bottom. The paint is good but has a few areas of concern. The most noticeable is the paint has flaked off the right side cover. Paint on the tail has discolored a bit. Tank looks good but has a few scratches. There is also a couple of small shallow dents in the tank. Some light rust inside the tank. Electrical system on the bike is in good working order. All the lights. blinkers and horn are currently in working order. Every thing is neat an clean under the seat and around the battery box. No hacked or cut wiring. Bike starts easily and runs well. Shift fine through the gears. Front and rear brakes are working. All cables move easily. Some cracks in the air intake rubber but I do not think they go all the way through. Left side engine cover has scrapes as shown in one of the pictures and right side pump cover is cracked. The centerstand appears to have a repair. With a few minor things addressed this bike could stay original just as it is or would also be a fairly clean and complete candidate for restoration. Before being put into regular use one may want to replace the sprockets and chain as they are quite worn. Tires and tubes hold air but are old so they should be changed. This is a 40 year old motorcycle. I cannot warranty it in any way. Sold as-is. I do my best to describe it condition. Please take a look at the pictures carefully. If you need more pictures or have question. please feel free to ask. Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. I can assist with shipping if needed. Payment- Deposit due within 24 hours and balance within one week.
