Kawasaki H2 750 early VIN 12XX engine VIN 12XX production date 10/71. This bike has been stored for over 20 years as a part of a private collection. I was able to purchase it last year and just finished a complete rebuild. The odometer shows 2727 miles 100 of them was test and tune miles after the rebuild. The bike was completely disassembled and the frame was stripped checked for cracks and repainted. The tank had no rust and was painted the correct shade of pearl blue as well as the fenders and side covers. The wheels has new SS spokes installed with new bearings. And new vintage Dunlop tires.the engine and trans was completed disassembled the cylinders needed to be bored due to surface rust and new wisco Pistons were installed. The crankshaft was rebuilt with new seals and bearings. The transmission was perfect with no wear at all but it had new bearings and new clutch installed. (The picture was when we first opened the case) it does have a plastic headlight bucket and I tried to use mostly NOS parts on anything I couldnt clean up. The bike runs perfectly and shifts through all gears smooth. Anyone interested I can send a video so you can hear it run. Unfortunate you can't smell the "benol" 2 stoke oil :).The bike did fall over and scratch the rear fender and dented the left pipe on the end but it would be an easy fix I just don't have time to.YouTube "kawasaki h2 750 widowmaker"
