Iacquired this gem from the original owner in July 2015.I had intended to keep it as I have always admired this model and especially thisfactory green color.It had been stored inside his garage for about 10 years here in the dry desert area of Palm Springs Ca.He said that he loved it but just enjoyed the air conditioned car more and that he hadbecome to lazy to ride it!I drooled over it for awhile and then realized that my other bike was already set up for my longsummer road trip and that I needed the money.
The many pictures on my Facebook page will tell the real story about this beauty.No photo shop ever used.This bike looks much better in person than the pictures because of glare and my lack ofcamera skills.

No problems or issues at all other than the hard to see, iny paint imperfections.The registration is on planned non op status with the DMV so there will be no registration penalties.See details below under Title.This bike shifts very smooth, o leaks of any sort, o smoke and no noises at all!It is solid all the way around and gets my AAA inspection approval.
Fly into the Palm Springs Airport and I will pick you up free of charge.I can sell you a helmet and you can ride this bike home cross country.This beast needs nothing except to be ridden and admired!
During the month of August, serviced this bike at my shop with the intentions of keeping it for myself and riding it to the Northern Coast.
Here is a list of the work I did on it:
Did a compression test and got a great 190-188-192-190 psiFlushed out the gas tank and inspected the inside and it looks like new.Cleaned out the carburetors in our 10 gallon ultrasonic tank.Rebuilt the carburetors and did a vacuum sync using all new OEM parts.Installed new choke cable.
Changed coolant and spark plugs.
Checked and cleaned the air filter.
Replaced the battery with a new Yuassa
Mounted and computer spin balanced 2 new Dunlop Roads mart Sport Max tires.
Installed a new $200.00 gold chain.
Changed the oil and filter.
Changed and bleed the front and rear brakes and clutch fluid.
Using new OEM parts I replaced the front fork seals, ust covers and fork oil
Replaced the radiator with a new one.Had the seat recovered with nice accent stitching.Test rode for 48 miles.Inspected all the lights and gauge functions and all works as new.
I am very impressed with the tremendous and smooth horse power this bike makes.
Why buy new and take that instant and huge depreciation on day one?Why buy new and pay all those extra dealer set up fees?Why buy new and pay those higher insurance and registration renewals?With just 24,000 miles on a solid, ime tested and proven model like this I am sure that evenDave Ramsey would approve!
TITLE
We have the clear title, hown in the last picture. I am licensed and bonded with the California DMV. I am also a licensed vehicle verifier. If you are in California then I will also collect the sales tax of 8% plus $127.00 registration fee plus a document preparation charge of $65.00. I will give you a temporary registration permit on the spot and your new registration will come to you in the mail. You will not stand in line at the DMV and there will be no surprises. If you are outside of California and you ship by common carrier then you will pay only the purchase price and I will hand you or mail you the title. I must have a copy of the shipping contract from the driver when picked up or a bill of lading.Without proof of shipment via common carrier I would still need to collect the 8% sales tax.

No charge to deliver to a local shipper or your home if less than 25 miles. For a fee I may also be willing to deliver if less than 120 miles each way. I will deliver to San Diego area or Los Angeles area for $175.00 paid in advance.
Most shipping services do not require crating and many specialize in motorcycle transportation and do not require crating.Most of them quote a fair door to door price.If not I can deliver to your shipping company if arranged and paid in advance.
Remember I am here to assist and once paid in full I can store your motorcycle inside my shop fully insured for free up to 60 days.
