92 KAWASAKI VULCAN 500

Hi, have an unfinished 92 Kawasaki Vulcan 500 chopper project. The bike ran prior to removing the carbs and tank. It has already been chopped and I fabricated a rear fender for it. It has custom made handle bars. The tank was pushed in café racer style. The only issue is it doesn't have a clean title and most likely will only be used for parts. Pick-up only. Thanks for looking!
