1990 Vulcan EN 500

Bike last driven in 2003 and M/C tag ran out in 2005. Has been in storage for 11 years. Actual miles 7743. Appears complete. except no battery. Engine turns freely and old smelly gas in the tank. An old mans bike. no road rash or damage. Signal light mounts are rubber and are cracking do to age. The plastic farring is cracked in 2 places. I don't know what it will take to get it running. Selling "AS - IS"Or use it for parts. Have owners manual and a clear Delaware title. I'm selling for a wife of a related family member. But I will answer any questions the best I can.
