1975 Suzuki T500 Titan

Turn the clock back to 1975 with this original surviving T500 Titan. Forty years ago two strokes like this one were a dying breed, ut this one has survived as a complete and unmolested original.The Titan had a 500cc two stroke twin engine some engineers considered impossible to build and yet it proved to be pretty much unbreakable. It produced roughly 45 Hp and ran it through a 5 speed gear box. My T500 isn't perfect but it shows remarkably little aging from all those years. As part of my private collection, had intended to ride it and I had my mechanic clean and seal the tank, lean, epair and set the carbs, et up the ignition with a new rectifier and set up the leading shoe front brake.( bills to prove) The bike starts, hifts and runs as it would have in 1975 . There is a small dint in the gas tank and some small tears in the original seat cover which are currently closed up with tape. All the chrome is good for it's age and all the rims, ead lights etc are original. The rims and pipes and fenders are in very good condition. The odometer shows 8,750 miles or about 200 miles per year!
I have placed a reasonable reserve on this sale, have ownership in my name and yesterday my mechanic certified it.
