IMPORTANT: This is a1968 Triumph T120R that underwent a complete mechanical and cosmetic restoration.

Numbers matching machine. Zero road miles.

ENGINE: Engine disassembled, ases degreased & blasted, ilways cleaned, ludge trap cleaned, ew bearings (engine drive bearings, od bearings), ew cylinder, ew Hepolite 9:1 pistons, ew rings.

- Cylinder head glass bead blasted, nd rebuilt to factory specs including new valves, ew valve guides (phosphor bronze), ew springs.

-Correct new Amal 930/300 and 930/301 carbs fitted. I elected to install the twin rotor twistgrip and twin throttle cables rather than the single twist with plastic junction box. This is much easier to adjust the carbs. I also installed only 1 air (choke) cable. If you would prefer the single rotor or twin choke setup, et me know and I will substitute.

-Oil feed, eturn, nd rockerbox oil lines are NOS herringbone. NOS clamps. NOS rocker feed line with new hardware.

- Correct new inspection caps Made in England.

- Correct Made in Englandexhaust pipes.

- Correct Made in Englandmufflers.

-Correct rechromed pushrod tubes with correct seals.

- During assembly all engine and transmissionparts were pre-lubed with engine assembly lube. The sump has a small amount of oil and the oil tank has oil. A small amount of engine oil was added to each cylinder.The engine is turned over occasionally.

TRANSMISSION / DRIVETRAIN: Gearbox rebuilt. All moving parts checked- thrust washers, prings replaced.

- New clutch basket.

-New chrome kickstart lever and gearchange lever.

- New drive chain (pre-lubed).

SUSPENSION: New shocks with correct shrouds.

- Swingarm rebuilt lubed, ew o-rings / re-cad end caps.

- New old stock fork tubes, echromed fork caps and stem sleeve nut.

- Rechromed Dunlop wheels (18" rear, 9" front). Front and rear built up with stainless spokes new inner tubes and correct profile Dunlop K70 tires.

- Wheel assembly balanced - front and rear.

- New correct Made in England seat. Has black trim which can be replaced with chrome trim if you prefer.

- Correct centerstand and sidestand with new springs and washers.

BRAKES - New shoes, ll new cables, e-cad adjusters.

GAUGES: Correct Smiths magnetic instrumentsrecently rebuilt. SSM5001/06 speedometer and RSM3003/01 tachometer.

- Correct new cables and connectors.

- NOS Smiths speedometer gearbox.

ELECTRICAL: New correct cloth wiring harness.

- Correct Genuine Lucas headlamp bucket fitted with Genuine Lucas lens, orrect NOS Genuine Lucas ammeter, eadlamp switch, enuine Lucas indicator / warning lights, enuine Lucas tail lamp, enuine Lucas stop lamp switch. Correct horn.

-Battery will need to be installed.

FUEL TANK: Excellent fuel tank with correct color scheme: Hi-Fi Scarlet - Silver stripe - Gold outline.

- New fuel taps. New filler cap. New center styling strip. New correct mounting hardware.

- Has a tiny 1/8" ding under the right badge. Photo can't show it.

COSMETICS: - All black parts powdercoated - except horn. Front brake hub powdercoated silver.

- New correct stainless Made in England front and rear fenders. The watchful eye will notice the front fender does not have a cable keeper. The parts diagram does not show this part, o I will leave it to the new owner to relocate the keeper after drilling the hole in the fender (or I will do it on request).

-Many chrome parts re-plated or replaced with correct Made in England parts.

- All hardware either correct new cadmium plated, OS, r original parts re-plated. There are some correct thread UNF stainless fittings. (1968 was a transition year, sing some CEI threaded (26tpi) and some UNF threaded (24tpi) hardware). All cad parts are coated with cad paint to prevent corrosion. Easily removed if you want 100% original look.

- Correct centerstand installed and sidestand installed both with new springs and hardware.

- Chainguard isnew Made in England. Correct for ‘69-70 (no skirt to prevent chain oiler from oiling up the rear wheel). If you wish, will provide you a correct ‘68 type. (If you plan to ride this bike, ou will most likely not use the chain oiler and lube the chain with PF anti-fly lube)

- All rubber parts have been replaced with factory-correct footpegs, earchange and kickstart rubber.

OTHER: Exhaustive list of other parts replaced. Many original parts (NOS) have been used. All parts supplied by Tri-Cor, alridge Motors, ritish Only, nd Rabers. No Taiwanese, hinese, r Indian parts. Period. License plate does not go with this motorcycle.

NOTES: Clear CA pink slip. Located in the Bay Area, A between San Francisco and San Jose, his motorcycle has been sitting in the owner's family room since work was completed in 2011.

Will need to have battery installed, op end pre-lubed, earbox oil, dle set, nd timing set. The new owner will have the pleasure of dialing in the carbs, ine tuning the ignition, nd making other necessary adjustments.

IMPORTANT: This is a 47 year-old vintage bike that deserves to be preserved by a mature collector who understandswhat service & maintenance are required to own a classic bike of this vintage. I will be as helpful as possible, ut I cannot serve as a full service shop from afar.
