Description

This car has been in my family since the 1970's and its name is Thydwyck. My father is a mechanic specializing in British cars and purchased it from the original owner and gifted it to my sister and I. It was painted in 1980 and and garaged its whole life. It is a sporty MGA, not a stock factory car. It is a great foundation for a restoration as there is minimal body work that would need to be done, and it is very sound structurally. The body is very solid, with minimal surface rust in a couple of spots but no major rust. It was customized and "updated" with a few things, including an MGB engine (which is easier to find, more reliable, cheaper, and faster than an MGA engine). This engine blew a rod however and will need to be replaced. (The car does not currently run).Extras include: MSD ignition, a Supertrap muffler, a very rare hand-crafted louvered hood, classic tripod headlights, custom made bumperettes, a fiberglass nose valance, GB alloy wheels, Yokohama tires, and a beautiful stained wood dashboard. This car was a beauty in it's day. Looking for the right buyer to restore it back to it's former glory.

Many of you have messaged me noticing that I mistakenly called this a mark II. I apologize for the error.
