Description

Expedition Ready!! This is one of the most well built FJ62's in existence! The list of upgrades is virtually endless - I will do my best to cover everything here (please message me on Ebay if you have any questions). All of the work was professionally done with no expense spared. She drives down the road straight as an arrow & is perfectly stable on curvy mtn. roads. I have driven her off-road exploring all around the Eastern Sierra's without a single incident (she's been used. but NEVER abused). You will not be disappointed with the quality of this rig!- The Expedition build started with a perfectly straight. no damage. rust free body w/factory A/C- New paint - new leather interior - new carpet - org. dash in perfect cond. - org. headliner in good cond. - The Chevy Vortec and 4L60E were professionally installed (roughly 50k miles on the motor/trans) - the motor is powerful. 75-85 MPH w/the 37's is no problem - mileage is decent too (15-16 average). The trans was serviced less than 500 miles ago (new fluid and filter) & it shifts smoothly. Alum. radiator. electric fan & brand new Diehard Platinum battery. On board computer system displays; RPM. temp. voltage. mileage - separate trans temp gauge (there is also an off-road style trans fan mounted on the underside of the rig). All factory gauges work properly. - Complete tow package (custom made stinger w/proper drop length - air bags w/separate on board air compressor - brake controller)- Dash mounted switch board for all the lights & the TJM air locker + CD player. Viper alarm and a Cobra CB (not hooked up)- SPOD control box for wiring (check these units out online)- The SOA. Longfield axles & Bilstein suspension system was built by Mudrak in CA - highly respected shop specializing in the Land Cruisers- 5:29 gears (Marlin Crawler) - Yukon Locker in the rear (Nitro axel cover) - TJM air locker in the front - ARB double barrel on-aboard compressor w/bumper mount air hose connector for airing up tires- Brand new Marlin Crawler slotted disks & pads - the entire brake system was upgraded to the proper FJ80 booster & 4 Runner calipers- 37x12. 50x17 Goodyear Kevlar Wrangler's w/less than 5k miles (5 total - full size spare) - ARB frt bumper w/12. 00# Superwinch (rope) - Rigid LED fog lights - 4x4 Labs rear bumper w/side armor & spare tire/Hi-lift jack mounts & a ladder - under carriage armor- Gobi Roof Rack (Colorado company) w/gas can tray & Rigid "Zombie" LED lights + rear & side mount Rigid LED lights - ARB Outback drawers w/ARB fridge/cooler tie down hooks and plug in outlet- JW Speaker headlights (these are the most powerful road legal headlights on the market - check them out online)- Interior lock-box w/drink tray & arm rest (the gauge and switches for the rear air bags are mounted inside the box)- 4 Runner dash mounted gauges (altitude & tilt angles)* Again - if you are a serious buyer and have any questions regarding the rig - please message me on Ebay. The rig is located in California & ready to go!!On Mar-28-15 at 17:05:40 PDT. seller added the following information: * A few items to add based on questions I have received1. The rig has newer Sliders - as well as underbelly armor 2. The exhaust system is a 2 into 1 w/"cats" & a Magnaflow muffler - its tucked up and away from possible trail damage3. The front & rear springs are newer. Old Man Emu "Dakar" - installed by Mudrak 4. The rig is reg. in Montana (where I live) - it's currently in California with me (near Bishop/Mammoth - 93513 zip code for shipping quotes)5. I cannot guarantee it will pass CA smog - again. I am from Montana and fortunately don't have to deal with that. *Lots of interest so far - so please keep the questions comingOn Mar-30-15 at 16:28:10 PDT. seller added the following information: Hello Folks - I have been getting a ton of messages asking me about a "Buy it Now" or the reserve price. I am trying to let everyone who's really interested have a fair chance to bid on my Land Cruiser. Because to build one the exact same way. you would be looking at well north of $65k (plus all the down time having it built). And yes. the reserve is set far lower than that!. This rig is "turn-key" - its ready to hit Moab. nbsp;Colorado or where ever? Or show up to the Overland Expo in Flagstaff and I guarantee you will turn heads! The next nearest comparable "turn-key" rig would be an ICON. and we all know how much they want for those! So. please bid with confidence - thanks! On Mar-31-15 at 12:09:32 PDT. seller added the following information:* Below is my response to a bidder's question about the overall condition of my LC. Thought I would post my answer for everyone to read. Thanks! The interior is about as clean as you will find on any LC. The cloth seats were replaced with leather seats. the carpet is new - the org. dash is in perfect cond (how rare is that!). The headliner is org. and has only a little sign of its age (definitely not enough to warrant replacement). The rear section of the rig has the ARB lockable drawer system - the set up with the slider style lids and D-rings for the ARB fridge tie downs. The ARB fridge plug in outlet is also back there. The tailgate also has the after market equipment compartment. There is also a new Cobra CB radio that is not yet hooked up - there is an open spot on the dash for the CB. The exterior is also in near perfect cond. The newer paint shines like brand new. there are no dents and zero rust (again. very rare for an off-road rig close to 30 years old). There is one spot on the passenger side Slider that came in contact with a rock. The slider is not bent or dented - just a little paint rubbed off. The other item is the radio antenna needs replacing (the idea that is broken on the exterior). The engine compartment is clean (just a dusty from trail use - but I will be detailing the rig before it leaves!). No major leaks - it sat in storage for a few months last year while I was on the road working and I only noticed a couple spots on the concrete. Anywhere I park it while I am driving it - I never notice anything on the pavement. Bottomline - you will not find a cleaner FJ62 on the market. As I have told other folks. this is an investment grade vehicle that's fully capable off-road. as well as on road! Thanks for bidding!!
