This is a 1982 R65LS BMW motorcycle that was redone by So-Cal Choppers. The bike is 99. 9% done. Just needs some minor fixes as listed. It was built as a Flat Track style replica. The bike runs Excellent! The motor has Dual Plugs and runs strong. The frame and Rims are Powder Coated and the Tank and Engine are Painted. You can't build this bike for for even close to what the starting bid is. The seat itself is a one off and was $450. Brakes are new. All bearings in the swingarms and tree are new. Tires and tubes are new. Tank is new. Clutch is new. Fresh oil and rear end lube as well as rear end seal are new. Fabricated suspension and fabricated battery box which is located under the engine. New Starter. All wiring is new. Fabricated ignition box. etc. etc. etc. The bike had around 13K miles on it before it was converted into this replica. There are roughly 80 hours in labor in the build as well. The bike has sat inside since its redo and has only been driven about 5 miles in total since. It was specifically built to be a display piece for the inside of a Night Club but it is a fully functioning bike. It can be road ready with around 2 hours of work making minor adjustments. It has been titled and plated in Florida and I have a CLEAR Florida Title. If you need any specs on the bike please Google Search BMW R65LS. I am selling the bike because I have relocated from Florida to California and I simply don't want to take the bike with me. BUT I will if I have to so I don't need to sell. So NO LOWBALL OFFERS. With all due respect. I won't even respond to them. Bidding Starts at $2900. There is a video on YouTube if you want to see it run. Search for my channel "BMW Racer by SoCal Choppers". You will see two videos. One is of this bike and the other is of my Hemi Cuda. Sorry but the Cuda is not for sale. Thank you.
