1972 Honda CB500-4
Professionally rebuilt / mechanically restored
This bike was taken down to the bare frame and reassembled with the following work:
-Frame was cut, elded/ modified by hand w custom brat seat; sanded and repainted
-Engine block was sanded and repainted with 3 coats of high temp engine enamel
-Brand new Shinko 712 series tires and tubes
-Front forks disassembled and cleaned out, ld fork seals replaced and filled with new 30 wt. fork oil
-Fork legs sandblasted and powder coated black
-New WPS. 530 drive chain
-Brand new brake master cylinder
-Front brake caliper was disassembled, oned / sanded out, aliper seal replaced; brake line ultra-sonic cleaned & blown out, efilled with new Dot3 fluid, roperly bled and adjusted
-New powder coated clubman handlebars
-New grips
-New ceramic coated 4-1 exhaust
-Upgraded headlight w/ new Triumph replica powder coated steel bucket & 35w H4 halogen bulb and beam
-New clutch lever, hrottle housing and handlebar switches
-New clutch and throttle cables
-New WPS battery
-All wiring was removed, horoughly cleaned and reinstalled
-Carburetors were ultrasonic cleaned, ebuilt and properly synchronized
-New Uni pk-3 air filters
-New petcock, uel lines and fuel filter
-Oil was drained and replaced, il filter replaced
-New rear shocks
-New NGK D7EA spark plugs and spark plug boots
-Ignition timing and engine valve clearances adjusted and set to correct factory spec
-All electrical tested and working perfectly, harging system works perfectly
