I have a 1973 FJ55 4 door wagon. I have had it for about 7-8 years and it is a very strong running cruiser that I used for a daily driver for about 3 years in Yakima WA and never had an issue with it. These are pretty rare especially down here in AR. this thing turns heads anywhere I take it. Its just been a garage ornament for the most part over the last 6 months minus a twice a month 30 mile roundabout to keep her running like a top. and I think someone else would be able to do more with her than I currently am. It has a clean WA title. but the tabs are currently expired. Pros: Strong running Chevy SB 283. Rebuilt stock 3 speed transmission and transfer in '09. 2" Shackle Lift Kit. 60-70 % 33X12. 50X16 Tires. Bucket Seats with custom center console. Working Electric rear window. Everything opens and closes with no problems. Has both front and rear heaters. Chilton repair manual includedBrake Master cylinder and wheel cylinders replaced in '09 Cons: Brakes will have to be gone through at some point and bled. E-Brake needs tightening. Crack in front windshield ( though not in drivers vision ) Radio needs to be redone. Ignition cylinder will need replaced. current one works its just rough ( one is included with sale. just haven't had time to replace )Some tears in bottom of rear seat. Most of rust is located in rear lower panels and right underneath doors. One body mount will need to be replaced at some point due to being rusted out.
